整理影片的重點: (有漏再幫我補吧~)
1. Foot: inline, not cross-line! (one foot after the other)
2. Barefoot is better!
3. look @ a point in front of you (NOT look down on line)
4. Don't push down to much on the leg on line, weight mainly on ground.
5. Arms are UP (not straight out on the side!!) & elbows ABOVE HEAD! (Helping right-left weight shifting)
6. Jump up by the ground leg, balance on ONE
All you need: Time, Patience and Practice!
